But once I started working as a physio, I realised most physios didn’t understand active people.
They told lifters and athletes to stop training — instead of helping them get back to it.
That’s why I started Strength Physiotherapy: to give you proper sports physio that helps you fix injuries, train pain-free, and feel strong again — without being told to stop doing what you love.

We expect you to do a weekly check-in form which takes 5 minutes per week, but other than that, we normally fit the exercises into the usual training that you are doing.
We typically work with people for 6 months depending on their goals, but most people stick with us for an average of 9 months.
(Though we have had clients who have been with us for 3 years and counting — most clients have multiple progressive goals and love the accountability.)
However, to make a full recovery, you may need to go to the gym once every 4–6 weeks to be tested.
The rest of your programme can be adapted to the equipment you have (and tailored to home workouts).
There may be times where you’ll need specific machines or heavier weights — if that’s the case, we’ll work around your preferences as much as possible.
You can book in directly with us — no referral needed.
We're with you the whole way and will adjust the programme as your lifestyle, training, or work commitments change.
